if you can manage to place the WebM under exactly the same link (no name change) then it might work.
But most probably all the locators will be something like
http://somespace/somefolder/somefile.bik.loc and the new should be
http://somespace/somefolder/somefile.webm.loc so it won't work.

if the game recongnizes the webm files that are named with .bik then you should be able to change all bik files in a map without modifying the map.
For players that has never played the map just update the my.bik file that is a bik in your hoster with a my.bik that is webm.
So the webm file will be name same as the bik file with the same extension. you won't use the webm extension
And other players weill need to empty their cache to get rid of the old bik files.
Of course this might not work

but we can always hope,

World class updates
The Game Start now lasts 2 minutes, should be record (in the negative sense)
After each update does something no longer what worked before perfectly.
TMU format .bik allowed, MP to wait very long after all the promises .bik is also here a very long time nothing happens, then a miracle after a long time .bik is allowed.
Many player build sign in .bik format in their maps, all beautifully and now is .bik banned again ?
All maps with .bik now come into the dustbin ?
Thanks for that, that makes her a great game from day to day more broken, it makes no sense to continue playing it if so engaging changes destroy everything that has been built previously.
The game is worth 0 cents at the moment
The only place where there is maybe something moved the darkest in the body !

Hmmm.
U can covert your files via plenty of online tools... I know its time consuming, but webm is better than .bik.
Dont believe me? Google it
They are aware of the start-up problem & they are fixing it

If you dont like updates go play TM version 1.0 from 2001... See what is best
