Well they still use that logo style in-game, the badge is only on the boxart and trailers

If the "Lagoon-Rumor" is true. There will be a Lagoon Sparkstedition "AFTER" the fourth Ultimate Challenge from Mr. DVD.

I think the emblem logo is more appropriate to ShootMania games. An emblem logo is more for a FPS game than a racing game.
