Hello !

I've just bought the game but i have a problem...

I deleted the mail with the cd key inside by mistake (yes i feel stupid)

Now i don't know what to do to get my key back... I tried to contact ubi's support but no answer.

I bought the game on 8/17 and still have not received a single email of any kind. They've charged my card. I'll have to dispute the charges if I don't get a key or something.

Please send me by PM the mail that you've used for the purchase, the order ID and the transaction ID (if you have pay the game with Paypal).

Where is my key? Why do I have to wait for ages to get my key? I have received recite from paypal. But not a single mail from maniaplanet no confirmation on account, game, key nothing. This is poor!! Give me a key asap or cancel the whole purchase!

Did you check your spam folder? Perhaps login at your mail provider's website...
Other hint: did you give a correct e-mail address? you should have received a confirmation by ManiaPlanet,
and if it is for SM, you only get a mail with a code you have to enter at the maniaplanet page for the beta.
Only after doing this you will receive a key for the game. But the beta keys are distributed then and when.

And the word "please" still exists and might help to get better or faster results

you are right, sorry for shouting off, just a little annoying when I bought a game because I wanted to play it there and then. Thanks for replying!

No key in mail yet, not in junk either.
Bought the game through maniaplanet web, used an email and my paypal. No mail recieved, only paypal recite.

The mail I used does not seem to be registered to any account, Can not start an account through my install as it requires a key.

I Have played a few hours now.
Wicked game, good handling and nice tracks is my impression so far.
