This means that your php installation is way too old to run ManiaLive.

To fix:
1) Install the latest PHP / XAMPP version (PHP has to be at least at version 5.3.5)

- The dedimania you can now use?

- Statistics Plugin needs some configuration? It does not work for me, brings an error that you need to set User and password, is there a tutorial setting?

- Regarding the planet's donation, as enabled in the server?
