And I play both titles, because I like 'em both. I can't even understand why you hate canyon..
The driving is awesome imo... there is some quote from a smart member of our community, who explains, why u guys just can't change to TM²:

I was a top 10 player of TMUF not in TMNF .... I love different kind of environments, its the shitty drifting itself.- if It would be normal drifting it would be ok imho

Again, my question was why should I consider trying to play again, or if I should give a shot starting my own server. I already bought it because I hoped for more customization, especially real-time in-race block editing, custom blocks and at least slight physics change. I got none of that and got bored of the uncreative slow tracks quickly, so I asked the community if I should give it a shot again...

We (I) can not change your opinion to play TM2C, if you want play this game, then do it. You have to decide if you like this game or not, or you wait if nadeo give Canyon some updates with Maniaplanet 2.0

In Canyon there are ~ 60 pages with servers.. 1 page is full with players.. the rest ...1-4 players. You can try to start your own server, but the chance that players join your server is low. Maybe if you have a clan with 10+ Member and the motivation to play Canyon, you will higher have chances

Block customisation comes later (Maniaplanet 2.0) I think..
And In-Race block placing? Dafuq, I love it how it is with the editor now...

Yeah I wanted to make a maze that would dynamically placed and you could only see the 5 nearest blocks.

Toggle Fog with fx colors

Dynamically placed = random.

Couldn't you make a maniascript to autogen a maze?
