-90% of MP4 stadium graphics are TMT ones... the style of signs has changed.
-the roads were already glossy in TMT
-sunset settings have changed because of the dynamic daytime feature, which add new interpolation constraints.
-see post above, nostalgics can load old textures.

Re: Maniaplanet Update #4 - wishlist
Wish:
A website owned by Nadeo that registered users can use to upload linked content for Locators such as sign and airship skins.
So many signs with locators linked to ImageShack are now broken. There is no way to insure linked content will remain available in the future unless it is owned and controlled by Nadeo. Often signs can be an important aspect of maps. Especially when there isn't a clear route to follow.
When users buy a Nadeo game they get an activation code. This same code or even user login could be used to limit who can upload content (similar to the Maniaplanet Live player page). There can even be a gallery on this site so people can look at and download signs and skins, (maybe even objects) made available to the public.
This would allow for a Permanent Link for locators.
Is there any reason this couldn't or shouldn't be done?

It can be abused since it's direct-link hosting.

True, unless it is monitored and or limited in some way.
Basically, there needs to be a better system for these things.
I mean, what percentage of maps do people download now that have broken links, lighting or missing content of some kind? Quite a few.
I think there should, and can, be a solution for this.

Re: Maniaplanet Update #4 - wishlist
I don't think that's for generic locators like cars and stuff though, more for like titlepacks and textures for stuff?

Folder structure and miniatures for F3(block skin) in map editor.
Re: Maniaplanet Update #4 - wishlist
Are there any plans on reverting the engine sounds (especially the Canyon and Valley cars, Stadium to some extent too) to the MP3 state? Now the cars sound really underpowered as they rev up too quick and stay at 10000 rpm for too long before shifting. The sounds in general seem to have lower bass levels too and sound less agressive, if you know what I mean. Sure a low priority thing, but something to put into consideration some day.

I just saw riolu's last message, and indeed, I think it's especially true with Valley. It's like the driver shifts way too late. So 75% of the time we're hearing the highest pitched sound.
