The picture title says "Ste*llar news in the morning...", so I guess am?
Would be smarter to reveal the announcement in the evening though, as more players are active in the evening.

Guys, you're making everything complicated ! Nadeo is a french studio so 9:00 = 9:00 am CET, it's very simple.

By the way, we have an other clue for TM² Stadium, it's the fact that the mappack for GA (TM² stadium competition) is being tested on TMNF. So tracks from TMNF should be compatible with TM² Stadium.
