Certainly Nadeo has done everything necessary to have licensed music in their trailers,
and since we're not leaving the context of TrackMania, you can use it, I would say.

I don't know but i am not sure. Because Nadeo could buy the rights of a music only for one trailer maybe. Or for example "Manifesto for..." is made by a studio not by Nadeo and i don't know if Nadeo got all the rights for this music.

About CC licenses, i think only a few of them can be used :

CC BY-ND, CC BY-NC-ND are not allowed because video is a derivative work (http://creativecommons.org/legalmusicforvideos)

CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-SA : for the community videos it's ok but in the contest i think it's not because if Nadeo use it on the YouTube maniaplanet channel, it can be considered as a commercial use.

So, if i understood correctly, videos can include contents from Valley, Stadium, Canyon and TMUF? But what about earlier TM? I used a few clips of every TM, from Original to Valley (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_blguVy66w). Is it ok ?

Videos may only use footage related to TrackMania2 titles. This includes clips from trailers, in-game play, or any community created video content directly related to TrackMania.

Only TM2? I can't even imagine creating a video about the 10th Anniversary of TM and leaving out TMN or TMUF, not to mention some of other games that helped get us to 10 years.
