Question to all TM2 players--what's wrong with Canyon?

Problems with TM2? ... Yea, I got a few. Maybe it's because I've been spoiled by the handling abilities and scope for creativity in the previous TMF games. I just feel we've lost alot of good features.

TM2...
- I find the car handling loose and not as responsive as I would have liked.

- The deep red colour of the 'starting blocks' are hard to see at speed and with other players on the track(I'm not a track maker so I don't know the real name) LINK to full post http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?t=6580

- The cam angles are too low. Need to be raised a couple of degrees

- You can't import 3D models in from TM1 after beta 4

- No animated avatars allowed

- No air-braking (I know its more realistic but realism isn't always best in a game)

All in all a good game but plenty of room for improment. Liking it better as I learn :)

To the trackmakers and servers out there ..

Try to do good signage. If it's in 'Rounds' mode, check that a track is 'finishable' fron any CP...Getting lost on a track or not being able to finish is frustrating and no fun ... players soon leave.

Nice to see some 'dirt' types of track appearing in this Canyon environment too . Keep it up :D
