I wish I never bothered with this purchase now, as it is proving to be more hassle than it's worth - I've downloaded the same file multiple times with different browsers and each time the file fails to extract. I've turned off anti virus in case that is interfering in some way, but it doesn't help.

I'm close to demanding a refund, but have no idea who to contact or what process to go through to claim that...and it's probably a lot more complicated than if I'd just bought it in a shop!!

Please help, I really want to play this game, but am very close to giving up

If the file is corrupted, it's the file is not complete, maybe use a downloader like jDownloader for download the file and to be sure, the file is complete.

I'm having serious issues with setup, files are corrupted left and right & the setup has also frozen up on TMcanyon.zip. I've downloaded the source files several times both manually and with your own download manager thingy as well as JDownloader with the same result.
I have a 100Mbps connection so i'm confident the problem is not on my side, can i please have a legit file to download? Preferably one that isn't corrupt and doesn't freeze on setup.
Seriously bad style of the developers to upload a truly piece of shit of a setup that clearly many people are having issuses with, please FIX the problem instead of ignoring it. A game like this that is only available online shouldn't suffer from this kind of problem, or any other game for that matter.

I purchased the game via trackmania.com from Sweden. Any help is appreciated.

Well I sorted myself out in the end. The problem seems to be with the Download manager.

If you download the files directly from your email confirmation then it works - there was a worrying 15 second pause at the end though

ManiaPlanetCanyon_Setup.exe
ManiaPlanetCanyon_Setup-1.bin

That's the install done - lets see if the game runs!
