I think we are not allowed to discuss the topic, someone tried to IP-ban me from this forum after I complained about Uplay in another thread...

If map is uploaded, everyone can add this map as favourite and then add this map to own server (room). If author delete his map - an error occurs becaue, as I suspect, all maps are loaded from Nadeo (Ubisoft?) servers, not from player's HDD or any other server machine.

Of course it's all just theory, because in practise game should (and probably can) skip map (like it was on dedicated server for TMUF/TM2) that doesn't exists. And, as I write here (viewtopic.php?f=524&t=37915) most of maps are used only on one, author's room. But in theory - if someone made room with great community maps and then every author delete his map from Nadeo fileserver, room will be empty. :)

I agree that nothing wrong really happen if authors can update their maps. It's only a game and update should give some benefits for all, but still - this is my opinion only and I bet that is too much work for Nadeo to made this functionality.

And by the way - this is "Questions & Answers" thread, but as always we can only speak each other and nobody from Nadeo answers us. Unless you really make someone from Nadeo angry (look here - viewtopic.php?f=524&t=37916 - and YES! This guy Zooz get his answer! Congratulations!).

I'm from a generation where you could go to a store, buy a game, take it home and play it. If you wanted some extras you could register your game but you weren't forced to just to play it. I don't like that I can't play TMT without registering a U-Play account.

Yes, but i was also IP banned, so this method only works one time

I guess Nadeo wants to have their forums free from Ubisoft and Uplay rants because they want to look good for Ubisoft-senpai

I didn't find anything in the TOS about not discussing this. But I said what I wanted so I have no need to continue. But what happened to zooz is scary.

It's only shows that "polite discussion" is not TMT creators strong side. First - monologue which was to replace discussion, then not answering any important customers questions and then threats. And I think all what people wants is answers (not statements).

We have very nice game here, but I can't understand why not improve few things and make this game really great.

We made 10000 post in this forum, and I hope it shows how much Nadeo people communicate.

On the other side, the one who writes ""they treat their community like shit!" seems to be right to your eyes, even though he was insulting long in the past. We know Zooz style especially because we read a lot of thing in the community. And this is why we can threat it strongly in order to help other players to avoid to suffer their negativeness.

Critics is really positive when well done and be sure we are the one asking for politeness. And I will continu since I so much know how this negativeness from some players is really pushing down the quality of the dialog, it's possibility to happen and even the chances for the community to be better and bigger.

Not often, but if you (Nadeo) release an Update, you do it for the community

And sometimes I'm sad too, because you can do that better or something like this, but you want to do all for the community and that is the thing, because of it I'm still in MP. It's completely right to ban people, who insults you and it's your right. Your game, your forum, your rules.

And I really love you NADEO, with you I learned programming, gaming, the real surface of fun while using the PC. No words for it...

Continue it, you can't do mistakes with your current content and don't give up, we support you

Honestly, our goal is exactly to provide a way for players to enjoy the most for playing, creating, sharing, competiting etc. And I think some of them played a lot, like Zooz, and it's always astounding how they can be negative even with that. I undertand that they can be full of critics to do, there or there, but being negative is really something sad at these moments.

I know it is possible to be better, but if they would be themselves better at all this. So, it's like if I were negative because they don't know how to drive better even if they probably drive better than me. So strange.
