Why removing new cam 2 instead of SIMPLY KEEPING BOTH?

why? TMO envis have 6 cams, TMS have 3 cams, everything seems alright in TMUF.

The way the car starts was fixed to be the same as TMNF. During the early TM2S beta the wheels were in the air at the start and had to drop and then the car could take off. Now the wheels are already on the ground so you take off slightly faster. This gives you the ability to set slightly faster times on the same tracks. But it doesn't change the actual speed of the car.
