You need to place the forrest terraforming first.

Only played A01 and A02 and my initial impressions are very positive. I had no issues with the purchase and or download. The handling is just something new to learn just like all of the other environments. I'm just over the moon that it's nothing like the monstrosity that is Island.
On a negative side I'm finding my PC struggling. The frame rate is in the toilet on the replays and is a little jerky in gameplay. I've been experiencing a lot of lag on canyon multiplayer since those new trees were added and I reckon it won't be much better in Valley. I am playing the game in low definition with all settings on the lowest and still lag city. This is a recent thing I've noticed. I'm currently on 50 mb/ sec connection and my PC specs are 64 bit AMD Athlon 2.7ghz, 4GB Ram.
Any ideas as to why I'm getting such crappy frame rates?? Cheers in Advance

Well you not telling us the important bits, what graphics card do you have ? If it's onboard , what version ?
Frankly I see no drop in quality from Canyon to Valley on my machine ... I can send you my graphics card for a week of your 50mb.sec internet line !! mine is only about 1mbps at most...

...I already said that, you don't have to copy me.

So what!?
Do you know who you are talking like that?
Please don't be so rude

And you did not write it so everyone understands it.

Steering is way too sensitive for kb, touch the key for just a little bit too long and you're in a tree..

Ummmm, don't use a keyboard maybe?
Seriously guys, why not try using the instrument all driving games were designed to be played with....a
steering wheel? It isn't rocket science.

All racing games were hardly designed to be played with a steering wheel. However I do agree that using a steering wheel for this game is probably a good idea.

Our resident keyboard pro Sandder said it was no problem once you get used to it, and indeed he was beating my joystick times on dirt. There is a trick to it... It involves thinking ahead, just like most racing

Basically, do your steering just at the start of the turn.

I don't know what the graphics card is. In the rating thing it says desk top graphics windows aero = 3.4 and gaming grapics 3D business = 4.9. All my disks are regularly fragmented, there are 36 processes running in the task manger, power management is on high performance , indexing is off and everything is off in the display settings except font shading. Pretty much lost as to why the frame rate is so bad lately.
Oh and P.S. I noticed when reversing that the inside of the car is transparent. i.e I can see through the car onto the the road. Dunno if it's my PC or if there's something wrong with the normals on the model.

I agree very much so

Almost impossible to get the car to drive in a straight line.
Here I have to agree, I was all over the place on dirt ...
But all-in-all good work Nadeo, I'm sure this title will evolve over time.

Yes, dirt driving is certainly a challenge. Even with an analog controller it's veeeery sensitive. I have to push the stick very gently, and if I push too far it's almost like it accelerates the movement, causing me to lose control. Would it be possible to give us the ability to adjust the sensitivity?
Otherwise great
