Payment Refused

I got the email, with the promotion code.
Finally got through the queue and on to the purchase page... I entered the code (and after a couple of minutes) the price went to 0.
I type my email adress in, accept that I'm over 13, and click submit.
After waiting ages, it says payment refused.
Tried again, and it's put me back into the queue...
Anyone know how to fix this?

I get payment refused too! After clicking confirm... Pls fix I rlly wanna play this game!
Also I get 502 Proxy error... Prob the servers are overflooded

ive got this same prob! More like that proxy error now only, only got the payment refused thingy once.. help pls?

Yeah I was getting this. I contacted support and they replied with:
We apologize for the difficulties you experienced when trying to purchase from our site.
Unfortunately - like with other internet applications - temporary problems with the payment service can occur for reasons outside our influence (e.g. server downtime, network problems etc.).
Our servers are down, so please try again tomorrow.

The GamesPlanet websites has a majour issue actually. They're working to fix this asap, be a little patient please

Well at the time of posting this, I went from payment refused to the proxy error.
Now I can't get passed the queue at all... my browser has been in the queue and has been refreshing every now and then for the past 3 hours.
I do hope this gets sorted soon, as I don't want my voucher to be invalid by the time I get to redeem it.
I have faith in the team.

The problem still remains for me here. I tryed doing the activation yesterday before the whole queue thing but had a "page not found" error and again today morning and the problem persists.
I really wanna play this game. Make it work please!!!

I have just tried again and i am still getting the "Payment Refused" Issue..... any ideas on how this can be rectified on the user end or is this still an issue with the mania planet servers?
