I have a GTX 670 and the game runs terribly, sometimes it even struggles to get 30 FPS. I also noticed the game only uses about 50-60% of my graphics card. Is this a driver problem?

It's possible. Can you put your ManiaPlanetLog in Documents/ManiaPlanet?

Did you add ManiaPlanet to the game profiles, and set it there convenably?
