Leavers in elite are a pain for other players.
When leaving a match that is not in warmup, you should get a cooldown for playing a game (like 15 mins or so)
Or when leaving, you could get - ladder points.. maybe like 10-50 -points..

There HAS to be a consequence for people leaving in the middle of a game.

Thats absolutely right. Its almost like in MOBA games like HoN or Dota2. There has to be some sort of gradual increasing punishment for leavers.

Would be nice, to see it like
