[Fixed] [B1] Split Screen mode doesn't work

Summary:
Split screen mode does not work at all. Current MP 2.0 build: 06/07/2012 11:34

How to produce the bug:
1. Go to Local Play
2. Go to Split Screen
3. Press Continue
4. Choose Maps

Actual Result: Script Editing mode is entered with an empty script and a popup flashes with the text:
"You must add a "#RequireContext" directive at the beginning of your script"

Expected Result: Split screen mode should start.

Deeper analysis shows:
1. The location of the Split screen script has changed from:
C:\ProgramData\ManiaPlanet\PacksCache\TMCanyon_extras.zip\Scripts\Rules\TrackMania\TMSplitScreen_Competition.Script.txt
To:
C:\ProgramData\ManiaPlanet\PacksCache\TMCanyon_extras.zip\Scripts\Modes\TrackMania\TMSplitScreen_Competition.Script.txt

(This could be the reason why the script doesn't load and fails imediately.)

2. Also the "TMSplitScreen_Competition.Script.txt" tries to include: "Libs/Nadeo/Trackmania/TM.Script.txt"
which is nowhere to be found in "C:\ProgramData\ManiaPlanet\PacksCache\ManiaPlanet_extras.zip"

PS
While you're fixing this bug, increase the priority of adding "Time Attack" mode to split screen.
All of us split screen players miss it badly and have been waiting for it since the game was released.

I can verify that split screen is fixed in version MP 2.0 Build 12/07 2012 00:47

Now I'm anxiously waiting for "Time Attack" to be implemented in split screen!
