I followed the instructions down to the letter but when i enter the promotional code and email address nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated

Does it sohw you a price of 19.99 or 0.00? If 19.99 you might have to wait a little... had that when I first tried but I guess it was caused by overloaded servers... And is really "nothing" happening or does it just not work (some error)?
