Very High Ping

Over the past week i havent been able to play ANY servers. the first 2 days were fine, but after that my ping just started rising dramatically. The lag is very trecherous. Considering i live in New Jersey, America, i thought it would handle fine. i hope they fix the problem soon. i pre ordered it and dont want this to be in the game.
On ping test:29 MS
Shootmania:2000 MS and up

Was your ping high when you were playing on USA servers?

Reset the Modem ....Un plug the connections,then plugin.You can check the ping using the methods below .If the same high ping problem occurs,You can call the ISP to fix it..You can check the Ping of the Internet Connection easily...To check Local LAN Connection Ping by using the Following method
GO to start->run->cmd->Ping ip-address
or you need to check Ping for website from your computer means you can reach here
Whoisxy.com/ping.aspx and do the Ping test for yahoo,Google etc...
