I would love to see a like feature on the beside the comments section like you have on facebook, battlelog or other social like platforms. Would be very nice if there will be some kind of special achievements you want to "hoaaah".

Well often Comments which tells that you actually like a thing are out of the context of a commentdiscussion. But you want to express that you actually like a thing. I think that would be great

I think there is no new need for that since some server scripts have already some rating functions implemented.

I believe he talks about ManiaHome and such... not about the in-game itself.

I'm completely against the like button.
If you like something, comment on it. If you don't comment on it, then you haven't read it, didn't like it or didn't bother to comment. That's all you need to know. For what do you need a "like" counter? Do you need to be acknowledged for anything you do by numbers? Just do it, because you fell its right ...
