As my header states, what goes next when the beta ends on 31st of July?

-Will the full game be released right after so the beta as like it flows from beta into release with no offline time?
-Or will the whole thing go offline a few weeks for tweaks and later on the official release?

Didn't read about this yet (or did I miss it), anybody has info about this?

As far as I know the beta will probably go on longer than the 31st.
The post explaining the beta stated that you had until the 31st to activate your beta key, but nothing more was said.

If I was missing something can you please refer me to the correct topic?

beta will last longer I think, since the ones who preordered the game will have unlimited access to it. but most likely, release will be right after the beta (:
