Multiplayer track editor

Imagine being able to have two (or more) people editing a map simultaneously. (for team/community maps)
Imagine using the help of multiple people to validate the author's time. (I'm a bad driver, help me set good challenge for author/gold/silver/bronze medals)
Imagine being able to tweak your maps during multiplayer gameplay sessions. (hey, that cut is forbidden ! Oh no, my jump is too difficult, I have to change it !)
Imagine being able to create an entire track from start to finish while people are on the road, watch how they play, chat with them, get feedback, checkpoint after checkpoint, block after block.
Maybe difficult but after all why not ?
My biggest "proud" moments in TM are when I first play a brand new map online on my own server and ask players "so is my map any good ?" and get their response, change a few things and get the new comments. This process is long because you have to interrupt the server and restart it with zero players and wait sometimes a lot until it repopulates (unless you have a dedicated server and know how to use it, but who does it ?).
A Multiplayer track editor feature would make the process completely seamless.
