I know there's no plans to let modders change various properties of weapons apart from ammo/damage, but can we a get a way to disable knockback on players? For example, it would make modes that make use of players hitting teammates much better and probably prevent griefing in modes like Jailbreak (shooting players standing close to the offzone and pushing them in).

Hey, pushing teammates into the force fields in jail isn't griefing, it's the proper way to play the mode!
