I would have rather posted this in the Necessity forum, but there isn't one, so I needed to post it in Suggestions.

Gametypes that need a rush at start (or at least quickly occupying definsive positions) really suffer from balancing and autoswitching people right at matchstart.

The only way this is working out is having teams balanced before the match starts instead of killing players and have them wait until they can respawn on other team.

Also sometimes balancing works in a weird way.
Before match start there might be 8 players in one team and 9 in the other, then the match starts and teams get balanced so that all of a sudden there are 10 players in one team and 7 in the other. I don´t get that logic at all.

Currently the "switch after matchstart" doesn't balance at all, at least not in smaller matches.

Because I leave when I get switched after macthstart and am losing 5 to 6 seconds to get a pole in Battlewaves.

It is really annoying and happened, well, 30 seconds ago and I left to let off some steam here.

OR is it a server-setting, because a few times I got balanced before matchstart? If the latter is the case we can hope for server-admins who have a slight clue about the game they are hosting (I am admin myself, but for different games, and I will only host SM servers when the game is finished (not enought time)).

The balancing keeps getting weirder, I don't know if I'm to only one who has that but when the server balances, it always switches me, every damn time! How does this work? It's really getting annoying I never get to start a new map properly

tested this today, played 7 maps and got switch every single time. Is there no randomness to the balancing?
