Why don't show a thing that exist since 15 years in all FPS?

Sorry but why don't show ping/latency IN GAME? why can't choose server order by ping?
I want to play this game, your game... BUT doesn't live in big city so internet is not really impressive.
In conclusion, i could'nt play to ShootMania... all server you "help" me to choose avec more than 110 ping... when i do nothing... not in game!
110... ok when you play with a rocket launcher, but with a railgun it's IMPOSSIBLE. You want to be a Esport game? FIX IT! PLEASE!!
When you click on a server, you show ping, ok... a this moment, and not in game. I a really fan of Quake and your game could be the holy grail...
I want to buy this game but not in that state... i hope this only due to beta.
