Okay I love TM2 but I hate the lack of racers.
Go free to play.

It's getting so bad that every time I log on, the top server(world) has maybe 16 players and the rest have like 5....
So that's my suggestion. Free2Play.

Goin back to free Trackmania until this game gets more players.

I wasted $20 AUD on this game.

30 players tops in game at once OMFG!

Thats the lowest amount of players in multiplayer for a new game I have purchased every so damn lame.

They are complete retards if they do not see the error in making in buy only.

They need an improved method of making money at a later point for non legacy players because they obviously have to make money out of the game because hardly no one bought the old game but this is not the way to do it, its obviously not working.

I agree about free2play. Its not that i dont want to pay. But free2play fits the TM universe better.
We need a lot bigger community for the whole maniaplanet to work.

Told it before. Take an example from league of legends and team fortress 2, dota 2 etc.

Thats just 1 server, most are empty
Free to play, no, the game is cheap, offer a full demo wich works for 1 week or so.
Maybe then more drivers see how much fun TM2 is.

I think the price is about right now (£15.99GBP) but still agree that a free 'restricted' demo would be a good idea. Also, look at TM1 and see what was done right and try to near-duplicate it .... and I don't mean by having a full free Nations type version, after all, Nadeo need to make some money out of all this in order to survive.

I also think that Free2Play would be awesome, even after buying the game myself
The free players could have some limitations like not allowed to use custom car skins, maybe only one hour online time allowed for one day, no access to the "platform" title and other extras, advertisements displayed in main menu? Not allowed to upload their tracks and stuff into ManiaExchange?

All that to have more players and more servers in this otherways truly awesome game so I and all others would get much more fun out of the game they have bought.

My personal heaven would be if free players are only allowed to host "rounds" servers , because for me this is the best and most fun game mode and usually I dont find any "rounds" server to play in (with people I mean)
There are the servers where proffessionals race but I cant access them and probably would not be able to compete with them anyway.

Eurogamer reported that the new Stadium will be free-to-play. But I'm not sure if there was an official confirmation.

Are you from USA ? this explains everything at the times you log in in europe people uses to sleep... ^^
