Purchasing TM2 Canyon Again?

I am trying to purchase Tm2 Canyon again. I enter my email and then payment method (paypal) then continue to checkout and i get a message thats says Payment Refused ! Paypal is working, so i dont know what else i can do.

Not much help that was. followed a trail to Ubisoft... ugggh.

Yes, myself and my brother are both experiencing this as well. I am only hopping on this bandwagon in hopes that others will follow, so we all don't have to contact customer support and wait X amount of days before we get any kind of response. Because even after that, you usually have to wait another X amount of days before they actually have the fix for your problem or error that you are receiving. I say this because that has been the extent of my interaction with customer support.
