[B1.2e][CRASH]title menu visible on platform track

I can see the title menu, when I race a platform track.
How to reproduce it:
Just simply doubleclick on a platform track file (aka open with maniaplanet.exe)
or click on "install & play" on MX (I think it is the same)
The only way to prevent this bug is to open any title first and then doubleclick on the map file.
One time the game even crashed, but I cannot reproduce it
