Elite Exp?

I think it's very interesting how they changed up the normal elite mode to be more competitive. The jumping will take a little getting used to and the wall jumping definitely has some momentum. As for the rail gun cancelling out the normal shots, it could really be used to either team as their advantage as some people who would normally get shot by rail gun shoot and it saves them (Not usually intentional). However once more practice is put on this mode, it will be the most competitive and fun when mastered. ;)
Thoughts?

Edit: Just found out when you are running on tracks and you shoot down that you go flying up . Saweet :)

Most of the changes are awesome.

Pros -
- Walljumps. Love them. Absolutely love them. Enables so many more movement tricks. DEFINITELY keep them. Maybe raise the stamina cost though.
- Laser jumps. While they won't be useful 90% of the time, the height you get makes them special and useful for that 10%. Would be cool if the jump could only take 50% of the power so you could hit someone in air, but I can see how that could cause bugs.
- Variable jump height - will be a bit hard to get used to but gives you a lot more control of jumping. Definitely keep this.

Cons
- Movement sometimes feels a little bit slippery now. It feels like you kinda slide/drift when turning, and sometimes feels like that even without that. Feels kinda weird - preferred it the old way.

Indifferent/undecided
- Shooting rockets out of the air. Seems like it will be a bit annoying sometimes. Also seems like it could make for some hilarious stuff to happen, but I don't know if I agree with this.
- 3 Rockets on defense. Not played enough games to decide. Does make clutching a 1v1 where attacker has 3 armour a LOT harder, I know that.

Totally agree with the post above.
In addition to it, i really don't like the checkpoints, especially when attacker manages to kill 2 oppos (without losing any life) and obviously the 3rd one goes on the poll. The attacker now can go to all checkpoints and make it a 100% succesfull attack @ capturing the pole. It can happen the same with 2 lives. It's just too hard for 1 defender to kill the attacker when he can capture in 0.5sec (even harder cos of 3 rox, not 4). In normal elite, the last defender's odds are low when he's dealing with attacker with 2 or 3 lives, but he has a chance. Now that chance is kinda gone.
So ye, everything's cool about the new elite except for high amount of inertia, checkpoints and 3 rox defenders.
