.....I just.....can't........stop......thinking about Valley!!!!

...and I just can't stop watching it Don't get me wrong....I really like Canyon and it's scenery, but....but....but....Valley looks SOOOOOOO amazing to me!!!! I can't help but wish that Valley was the first environment. In the Valley video, they show the rocky alps and lots of lush forest trees. I also like the way the pavement looks more than Canyon's. It's darker and has those broken racing lines I like.

To the Nadeo team...please please please PLEASE don't make us wait long for Valley. I am having a hard time sleeping now after watching the vid. It just looks IMPOSSIBLY good!

Do you guys think you can give us Valley by say, January or February? It's really bothering me knowing Nadeo changed their minds and made Canyon the first env. instead of Valley I want Valley so bad!

+1, this is exactly my thought. Yes, Canyon is cool, but Valley (at least for me) is more European style and remember more to me the European landscape ... Any time I re-watch the 2009's video I get a craving to play Valley!

Uhmm maybe i get it wrong but the second enviroment will not be release before shotmania and questmania...not sure but i thought so.
(i would like to be wrong here XD)

Anyway i must agree with you, can't wait ... i just think that nadeo/ubi wanted to be released first the most "catchy" enviroment and probably canyon is most attractive for people (i mean especially for who don't know trackmania yet).

The mad speed etc of course is good looking.

This is not a critique to the choice... just saying.

As much as I liked Valley when it first appeared, I kind of appreciate/like Canyon more now. I'm sure Valley will be just as good when it's finished (if they continue doing it) and released on schedule.

the date sounds realistic. For me I love Canyon more because it's not so lame as Valley. The cars are so slow...

Also no one said that Valley is coming second. Who told you? I don't see any offical statement

Nadeo worked on Valley and then stopped with it and continued with Canyon. Why should ( for example Arena) not coming second? Just because Valley was developed first, it doesn't mean it will come after Canyon..

That's just my opinion

I like the Valley landscape a bit more than the Canyon landscape. Just from the general style and look. But it doesn't change the fact, that Canyon looks crazy awesome!

But I think Nadeo made the right decision to release Canyon first because it seems to be better for TM newcomers. It is faster and that's what many people like. Also the landscape is a bit more familiar to Americans, who still are a minority in the TM community. There are soo many Americans, but only soo few are playing TM. So Canyon is a good decision.
Also Hylis wrote some day (long ago), that they had some problems with developing Valley from directly to the finish. So they chose to release Canyon first. Seems reasonable for me

If Valley comes at least 2012, I will be more than happy

if im not mistaken a new environment (probably valley ) will come somwhere around jun or july
EDIT : because every 3 months a new envi will come (hopefuly )
something like this:
tm2 canyon - september 2011
sm - december 2011 or january 2012
qm - march or april 2012
tm2 "valley" - jun or july 2012

I totally agree to that...I know it's the better choice to release canyon first, but Valley looks more attractive to me...especially with the cars they used now in canyon, so i hope nadeo will build another great car model for valley. I like the european style of landscape and the more slower "coast style", so this is probably the best enviroment combination for me

I hope it will be released one year after the release of canyon but i don't think it's coming earlier and maybe another enviroment comes sooner...

See, it's a smart move to introduce TM2 to the Americans with a landscape which they know well

The green-white look of valley is very pleasant I agree, and I wonder how it's gonna look like in combination with the blocks they can come up with, because the canyon ones are just neat
