Graphics/Music Use in App

Is is acceptable to use the mania logos in my application? It it acceptable to use the menu music or would I need to create my own?
it depends if your app is related to ManiaPlanet etc., means if it is a additional tool or so.
But if you only want to have the logo and the sound just so they are there... I'd guess the answer would be now.
