Bought TM United, cant play

So I bought Trackmania United a long time ago and played it online. Now I can't remember my account information, I cant create another account with the same key, and when I press retrieve account information it says it can't send an email because I have the 'wrong account name'.

What do??

Do you still have the proof of purchase, billing information and the key that was assigned to you?
