[B2.0] File list not visible

When you go to load a map in the editor or load a replay, the file list is invisible. Also if you exit the replay editor, the file list is again hidden.

This happens in TrackMania and ShootMania.

I've made a video to demonstrate (and I even narrate it :P )

Already reported by Akbalder

No need to exit the load menu, just press the refresh button ;)

You mean "also" reported by him? My report was first. :P Using the word "Already" implies his report was first.
But nevermind. What is important is that it's reported! ;)

Yeah, you're right, refresh also works. :) But if you have a lot of files, like I do (7,387 files between replays and tracks), then it takes a little longer to use refresh than to use the next page/previous page buttons (and I even have an SSD, which cuts down refresh time immensely).

I still use refresh if I'm adding new files or folders to the game while its open, but that's not the issue here.

This is about existing files not showing up, because the entire file list is somehow not displaying, until some action is taken to make it show up.

yeah, you have been first, by post date.
As long as there is no bonus for finding bugs, it doesn't matter who discovered it, as long as it was discovered
Akbalder posted it in the older alpha-beta forum part, and I saw his message first, going down the list of new topics ;)

Perhaps it would habe been a good idea to split the maps between TM, TM titles, SM and SM titles.
One can anyway create subfolders to sort a bit the maps, and this might reduce the refresh time at least for the current display.

I do, and even if I'm in a subfolder with 3 maps, it still takes the same amount of time to refresh. It seems to refresh the entire database of maps and replays when it does it.

It would be nice if ShootMania and TrackMania autosave replays were automatically separated. That's the one area of organization I have no control over. Other than sorting them after they've been saved, which I often do.
