We're having severe issues with our main server. Failed Windows reboot caused multiple services not to start-up correctly. Both IIS and RDP won't start. We've had to involve Leaseweb - this means someone is required on site to manually start all services; and this is a problem because it's almost Christmas, so it's unlikely there's many technicians on site.

There's no ETA. Could be a few hours or a few days.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

We've been informed that our server no longer boots correctly. I'll be discussing our options with Leaseweb to repair the installation (hopefully) while preserving our data. Me and MrA don't have the time or patience to do data backups; especially when there's almost over 250GB worth of data. But we may have no choice. I will also get in contact with Fleppie and have him on standby should anything else happen.

Sorry everyone. Completely unexpected and won't be easily resolved.

Aren't you allowed to boot a rescue system and mount the Windows filesystem to try to fix it?

I think the world can live some days without MX/TMX, as proven before.
Take the time you need and thanks for investing your time into this amazing community! :)

The server farm people made this by purpose to force the people to stay and celebrate with their families  ;)

They gave my System Rescue CD to work with. I had no idea what I was doing. Linux booted fine, but Windows still fails to load correctly. It's a software issue which means Windows needs to be repaired. They've offered me a KVM, USB CD/DVD drive and a Windows image. I'll see how that goes.

Good luck, hope you'll succeed :)
