Hi,

first of all, sorry for my bad English

It seems I have Problems with my Key. I bought Trackmania 2 2011 at this Shop: http://gamecards.eu/ I didn't have Problems then also. Now after a long break I want to play Trackmania 2 again. But at the Download Page is no Download for Trackmania 2. Only a Download for ManiaplanetMinimalSetup.exe
I found an old Installer and after starting the game the Update began. After a short Download an Error pops up which says that I don't have the Permission to download the File "TMCanyon_2011-09-01_HD.zip"
After canceling the Error, the next Message came. I have to enter my Game Key. After doing that it says, my Key isn't registered.

Can anyone help?

In case you have already played the game (a year ago), you can download the full game at your player page (https://player.maniaplanet.com, Account -> Downloads). Login with the same account you used for TM2.
Just install the game, and open it. It will ask whether you want to create a new account or use an existing account. Choose that last one, and login with the credentials you used for TM2 and the Player Page. Now you should be able to play without problems.

In case you have troubles updating: just run the game as Administrator (right-click on the file -> Run as Administrator).

Your key has been certainly deactivated because only the Ubisoft Online Shop and GamesPlanet are authorized to sell TrackMania² Canyon and ShootMania Storm. That's why you can't download Canyon on the Player Page (the title should has been deactivated on your account).

Ok, I installed the ManiaplanetMinimalSetup.exe. But in the "Game" there is no Trackmania 2 https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4888406/Trackmania%20Menu.jpg

Ok, what should i do now?

Ask the shop where you bought the key for a refund and buy the game at the official site (http://maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/shop ... nia-canyon)

Ok, i contacted the Shop. They need an official confirmation from Ubisoft that only the Ubisoft Online Shop and GamesPlanet are authorized to sell TrackMania² Canyon . Cerovan, can you send me an official Email or should I write an Email to Ubisoft?

Two Weeks ago I contacted the Ubisoft Support. Unfortunately I didn't received an Answer. So I need an official confirmation, that the Shop where I bought the Game isn't authorized. Can anyone help?
