trackbuilder's block| stadium/valley release SOLVED

After checking the forums and the lack of a "General" topic, i thought this one might be the most obvious for my question.

At the launch page on trackmania.com there's the following text:
Canyon, Stadium and Valley. Three complementary TrackMania² games now in ManiaPlanet. Master them all!
The "NOW" in that sentence triggered me to ask the question, as it assumes the game is going to be released or at least in beta in the upcoming weeks.

So hereby my official question:
is there an estimate on when valley/stadium will be in beta?
(or at least how far you are in alpha/closed beta)

I'm kinda asking because i don't want to go all-in on a new track when at least 80% of the current community will be playing 1 of the 2 new beta environments when i finish my track.

I think you are reading a bit too much into that sentence.
The website is designed to last for the next years and while that sentence might not be true right now, it saves them a lot of trouble later on by not having to edit the text (they would have to edit it in all 17 languages...lots of work).

I do hope those games will come out before April at least. The lack of news kinda uneases me a bit.
Would be great to have some time estimate as you said.

btw. I don't think this belongs into /suggestions ....

If there is no information, it is because we can not announce when we do not know yet. It is still possible before April, but it can still be after. That's what I can say, at least. Be sure I do hope like you HawkGer, and we want as soon as possible.

Take your time Hylis!

Even though I don't want to wait for good games too long , I think it is better to wait for an bug-free game a little longer instead of buggy games, who need 100 patches after release to work properly.

So it is even better that no real release date is announced, because if there would already be a release date and a huge problem occurs, people would be really mad when it comes later than announced.

But yes the lack of information also unpleases me HawkGer . Actually 1 screenshot a week would be enough to satisfy my necessity for Valley.

This, I really would like to see some new screens atleast, for me as a Trackmaniac really wants to see news of my gorgous Valley, I mean come on I'm totally going to buy it so I wish I could see more stuff for it.

I've noticed that the Valley and Stadium 'DVD cases' have now appeared behind the main station :D

thanks for the heads up Hylis, there is information on the trackmania frontpage which is a bit confusing, that's why i asked:P (combined with the "early 2013" as there's early, medio and late, it suggests max april)

And agreed Hawkger, this didn't belong in suggestions, yet, it was the least destructive in here due to the lack of a "general" topic. (which was sort of a suggestion to add one) but now it actually does..

My suggestion is to exchange the "NOW" into "Soon" for the time being.
