Hello. My ManiaPlanet login is 'cl0ck' for ShootMania and I primarily play the elite mod, with my team SK Gaming. For the past 3 days I have had the ladder global ladder pts of 13885.30, despite playing each day and reaching over 14000.00 the past two nights. I have physically seen my ladder points increase to up and over 14000.00 at the end of the past few nights that I've played. The next day, I come on and its back to 13885.30. After the first time this happen I wrote it off as a fluke, but I have witnessed this happen 3 days in a row now and it is starting to bother me. At the end of last night I had around 14100.00 ladder points, I login again today and I'm back at 13885.30. I believe there is a bug or something effecting my account. By now, I should be easily around 14500.00, as with all the recent online tournaments and practice my team and I have been doing has resulted in quite a lot of game time, and wins.

What do I have to do to have someone look in to this?

It should have been fixed. But you may need to wait for the refresh. Let us know if the problem still occurs after 24 hours.

I've got the exact same issues in elite. As long as I dont restart SM it keeps tracking, but when i do so it goes always back to 12447 LP. It's quite annoying, cause I should have around 13000 LP now.
Please fix that.

So will my ladder points be updated with what I should have?

I am now experiencing the same issue, my ladder points reset to 14308 every time the game is restarted.

The problem still occurs to me, could you please keep us updated? Furthermore it would be nice to know whether we will get our potential LPs back, or whether you only fix the problem so that we can start collecting LPs again.

BTW: Are you planning to reset the entire LP system when SM finally gets released on wednesday?

...And it happened again. I just lost 200 LP in Elite by restarting the game.

This happened to me too... I keep getting reset to lower. Is 10k the event horizon or something?
