Server command to limit connecting player rank?

Is there a command I can use to only allow players of a certain ladder rank to connect? I'm basically looking for a way to spare all the inexperienced/new players from joining my professional/competitive public server. I'd like a way to not allow anyone to connect that is over a 2000 global rank.

I know there was a setting in Storm that only allowed persons over a certain amount of ladder points to join the server, I'm not sure how it was done though.

Well, Storm's ladder system is reminiscent of TMUF's one. There are different types of server: basic - 0-50k, then 0-60k, 40k-80k (you can't join this one having less than 40k LP) etc etc. Not sure about the exact ranges in SM though. Well, a server can be converted to a more "advanced" version (ladder-wise) on the player page for some fee (planets).
But I'm really unsure of such ladder system being applicable to titles like Elite, Joust or Heroes...
