OMG. Ok, if you don't know, I will say. At first - you need an account in MP. At last - key of one game (TM2C/SMS).
Account - for get access in MP. For play in games you need key for this game (buy or get beta key). You can get key here:

So, if you have not the acc, you need to create that. Then MP ask you for key, and you can activate it for your account. Or you have problems with account? If yes, can you say where?
