[B2.1b] CTD using enter at password protected servers

After typing a password at a password protected server and using enter, instead of clicking the ok button with the mouse, maniaplanet crashes to desktop. Tested it with several Smurfs at Canyon servers and Shootmania servers.

You can reproduce this bug by searching a private server, typing a pass is not really nescessary, just use the enter button. (in my profile in Canyon, the enterbutton is used for respawn, in Shootmania the enterbutton isnt used)

Its not a big bug, but worth mentioning :D

Greetz,

Attached you find a logcrash I get in the Documents\Maniaplanet folder.

My actions: Start up Maniaplanet, Open Trackmania Canyon, set servers to show all servers and enter a server with password and press enter... The password can be incorrect to get the crash to desktop.

Same issue with Shootmania...

Does that go for all return-key related crashes like this one?
