Ok, i got my account stolen .. some help pls :/

Heyo lads, today in the afternoon i noticed my 2nd account's password was changed, i have a person in mind wich i used to share the account with but i still don't know if it was him ..
Well, as this never happened to me, i don't know what to do in this kind of situation, so i'm in need of some help saying what should i do or who should i contact .. I have my player key too, so it should be fairly easy recovering the account i guess ..

Hey Tunga...I would suggest you contact the Nadeo admin team...which I think (correct me if I'm wrong, someone) is support@nadeo.com OR admin@nadeo.com. Something like that-- Sorry I can't be more help as I've never had to deal with this personally...

If you still use the email you registered with:

If you enter a valid email address, you can do as follows to retrieve your TrackMania United password:
-When you launch the game, don't select your profile. Click on "create a new Profile".
-click on "I have already an account"
-write your TrackMania United login
-click on "...I forgot my password"
Then your password will be sent.

Well jamie, thanks for the tip but i already tried that, and it seems the ''hacker'' erased the email registered in my account :/
Yea Trackmaniack, i already contacted an email with i think it should be used for this kind of situation wich is support@tm-united.com , but i will send another message to the nadeo one, thanks alot

So, replying to the email usually takes like 2-3 weeks am i right ?

Hi Tunga,

It does seemingly take some time, from posts on TM forum others seem to agree 2 weeks is the normal approximate timescale for the return.

Let us know how you get on, and when the reply lands, we will have a good judge of the timescales then ^^

Okay, i got the account back !
I sent an email to the support@nadeo.com email, and i got a reply in 2 days
They changed the current stolen password and sent an email with the new details, thanks for your help lads ..
