[B3RC4] Copy/Paste Bug

No sure if this is a bug or just something that's got to stay.
When I go to make a new map on water and I build something that I want to copy and paste I can't use the select all.
If I use select all it also copies the whole of the water in the entire building area which is so big I then can't move the small model that I originally wanted to copy and paste because it's to big.
If I do the same thing when building on land it doesn't copy the entire grass building area so just a water problem.
