[B.3] inactive point farming

Hi,
just today i saw a player who was just afk all the rounds on several maps gaining the survivor points for every round.
He is in the top 200 in Europe now and i think this behaviour shouldn't be accepted like that.
If a player doesn't move he should be get inactive or something like that. Now the ladder is just useless with people abusing the points like this.
