So, long time ago I bought TM2 canyon.
And I wanted to play now.
I log in to my account, play a little, downloaded new skin and it asked me to validate key.
I went to page to generate one, but it asks me to player key.
And here is the problem, I have no such thing.
I guess it's cd-key for tm2.
But what I find out, I don't have any mails left inbox from buying a game OVER ONE YEAR AGO.
So, how to get key? Nadeo's support is rubbish so I ask community.

ask gamesplanet. nadeo is just developer, why would you ask them?

What the hell is gamesplanet? It looks like just some game shop, but I bought it directly on tm2 page.

They don't even sell tm2

Please contact the Ubisoft support at http://support.ubi.com and then click on the Ask a question link in the FAQ to send them an email.
If you provide them with your account information and the email linked to your account, they should retrieve your account.

Bla bla bla bla, finaly got my key from support. Case closed.
