How to make an advanced Manialink?

How would i make an advanced Manialink easily?
Can somebody make me one and give me the files?

An advanced manialink would use PHP for the dynamic content, a nice design and maybe also ManiaScript for some animations.
I don´t have time at the moment. For other coders it would be also interesting, what you want to present on your manialink.
