Crosshair without the black opaque border

Greetings,
All crosshairs I've finished show a black frame or border, which might be like 30% transparency.
Can I remove that ?
I just want to have the crosshair without any translucent border.

How did you create them exactly? Which application are you using?

PS + Nvidia plug-in !
But it's not just with my crosshairs, every crosshair shows that dark shadowish border. The default is showing it as well...
This for example

There's always that small border in-game !

this looks like a compression issue while saving the textures.
You might want to ask in a thread where others have posted their crosshair (use search function please),
because it is the first time I see this effect here.

I came across this when I first edited the crosshair but this was a long time ago now.
I'm sure it was something to with crosshair size in pixels. It needs to be an even number of pixel 2, 4, 6 and so on. Because the game loads it large then small. The black you are seeing is the alpha alignment because of the game resizing it.
I will look into this more but this is what it is so no need to change any settings.
