Sometimes the clouds are turning with the car. I remember this thing from old times, but these clouds are now really showing up at some corners. Maybe it only happens at just specific places in the stadium and might depend on the mood of the map.

yeah, it is the same with all sprites. face always oriented towards the player.
It looks nice if everything stands still.

It as like this in canyon aswell it really isn't nice.
