On my maniaplanet account don't appear buddies...

did you ever see them? if not, please check your firewall and the games network P2P settings.

Actually it is working fine, just checked in both Canyon and Stadium.

Isn't firewall or settings. I tried with my brother account and it works

Do you have separated Windows accounts, or did you just login with your brother's ManiaPlanet account?
Sorry for the possibly dumb question, but do you have buddies in your list?
Can you see them on the player page? https://player.maniaplanet.com/buddies/

ok, at least this is working.
Is your brother playing at the same time, on his own PC and does he see his buddies?

My brother uses my computer when im not in.

I tried my maniaplanet account on other computer and same. Buddie icon doesn't appear :S
My account get bugged...

sorry we have to wait for the developpers to look into this as soon as they see it.
But please don't despair, and try it again tomorrow again.
