Every single time when I start Canyon I can't see my friends online, but they can see me, I've forwarded every needed port and not running any firewall. How can I solve this?

Could you please tell us if your issue is now fixed?

I'm having this exact same problem. i bought the game a few days ago through steam and my friends can see me online but i can't see them. They can occasionally send me a message but that's about it, and it takes a while for it to get to me. i've tried openning my ports so idk what the problem is

No this didn't fixed it, I bought the game through Steam, so I don't have an activation Key.

I can see my friends online through the maniaplanet site, but not Ingame.

Small Bump, this issue still haunts me.

Only one friend popped up of the 3, but only after awhile when I'm in game, so this issue is still here. I even tried checking the local game cache (Steam's way to check if any of the files are corrupt and if that's true it'll redownload those files), which didn't helped and the ports are all open like it should.

My problem doesn't have to do with any rankings, this has to do with the ingame friends list, on the site it is visible, but not ingame.

No Dev from Nadeo can just look into this, only getting one answer and say see if it's fixed and I said nope and after that no help whatsoever. Sighs.

This is not the only bug they have to fix, and first they have to find out the real cause.
