[TM2] Official times aren't updating

What is the Bug?
    I can not see the official times of other users. Time's aren't updating so I can't compete against my friends. The issue is present in Canyon, and in Stadium. I also can't even see my friends in the group.
How can I reproduce it?
    Run the game and try and see my friends and / or their times.
What is my expectation of this bug?
    Be able to see my friends, and anyone else's times listed on the official rankings. Being able to see the other persons in my group.
A couple screenshots to show my issue. First shows no one else but myself in the group, when I know for a fact there are at least two other persons who are in the group and have played Stadium. The second is the group listing of my time (albeit bad) on A08, not showing my actual time listed for my group, or showing my other group members times.

My ingame name is PirateEggs, not PirateEggz like my forum account pertains, I clicked the wrong button when I made my account last night in the wee hours of the morn, so I made this one instead.
Not exactly sure why this issue exists, or what can be done, but maybe I missed something and hopefully I can get this issue resolved, I would love to be able to compete against my friends, it's a large percentage of why I bought the game, and that TrackMania is amazing.
